Five herbs that should be in your kitchen

Parsley

Parsley can easily grow in a moist climate and has lots of antioxidants and flavonoids along with vitamins such as A, K, B-12, and C, and folic acid. Mint

Mints can thrive in shaded and moist areas. Make sure that you water it properly. This herb is an antioxidant. It helps in digestion, works as an anti-inflammatory, and clears mucous from the airways.  It comprises iron, manganese, and vitamin A and C. it is commonly used for treating headaches, vomiting, pain, chest pain, and muscle pain.

Basil

Now, this is the superstar of every kitchen garden with not only plenty of uses but also health benefits. An anti-bacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial, it is used for treating lack of appetite, cuts, coughs, flatulence, kidney stones, nausea, headaches, acne, scrapes, and cuts among several other problems.

Sage

It is used in several dishes. However, the fact that it comes along with plenty of medicinal benefits cannot be ignored either. For growth, it requires well-drained fertile soil and strong sun. It has antimicrobial, anti-hypersensitive, anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, and anti-diabetic properties. Sage is used for excessive perspiration, stomach problems, asthma, and gum disease among others.
